A: Nothing. Registration is FREE.

Q: Do I have to register to use the site?
A: You can certainly browse through Muscle Cars & Classics without being registered but registration allows you to take full advantage of the conveniences and capabilities of the site and it is 100% FREE (as well as 100% private)! Registration allows you to customize the site for your visits: You can sign up for email alerts when a vehicle meeting your criteria is listed, the site will automatically know to bring up vehicles in your region, it allows you to place ads on the site as well as make changes to your ads. If you want to create ads, you will need to register.

A: We are logging 15,000 visitor sessions per day currently on average making Muscle Cars & Classics one of the most traversed classic car classified sites on the internet. Q: I don’t have digital pictures, can I still place an ad on your site?
A: YES! Simply send in your photos along with your vehicle’s description and payment (check or money order) to the address below. We will professionally scan and process the images for you. Q: How long does it take for an ad to appear on your site?
A: We approve most ads same day we receive them so your ad will be live in no time!

Q: I have a classic car related business that is not a dealership, how do I get a banner on your site?
A: You can email us at or call us at 440-840-3174. A rep will contact you promptly to discuss placing your ad for you. No obligation!

Q: I don’t have a banner, can you make one for me?
A: YES! Muscle Cars & Classics has a lot of experience in banner-creation (we created nearly every on currently on the site). We mimic the look and feel of your website utilizing any logo(s) you might have, your business’ colors, etc. Best of all, custom banner creation is FREE! when you start an advertising campaign with us.

Q: Is there a way for me to know how much exposure my banner ad is getting?
A: Muscle Cars & Classics has a very sophisticated database program attached to every banner on our site. It logs, in real-time, every time a visitor views and clicks on the banner. With the username and password you will be given, you can log-in to see your banner stats 24 hours a day! See samples of what the online account looks like here.

Q: Am I locked into a long contract if I want to open a dealer or multiple listing account?
A: No. You control how long your subscription lasts. You can go month/month if you like and you will always know how much time you have left as it is displayed on your account page (viewable when you log in). If you wish to go a longer contract and pay up-front, we offer you incentives to do so! Please contact us with your needs.

Q: Is there a set-up fee to get my dealership on Muscle Cars & Classics?
A: No, we waive all set-up fees when you open an account. We will even create a custom banner for you for free when you sign-up!

Q: Can I include a link to my homepage in my ad?
A: Yes, all of our ads offer the ability to do this. Dealerships and multiple listers receive this free with their subscription accounts.

Q: I don’t have a classic car for sale right now but I have a lot of parts I want to sell. Can I list them here?
A: Yes. All of our parts ads are currently FREE!

Q: I have several cars from my collection that I would like to sell but I am not a dealer. Can I get a multiple-listing discount without signing up for a subscription?
A: If you have three or more vehicles to list at once, we offer discounts. Please call or email us for a quote.

Q: After I place my ad can I make changes to it?
A: Yes, you will have full access to your account through your username and password to make any changes you like such as change price, upload different photos, etc.

Q: Do I Have to Register to Create Ads?
A: Yes. You must be a registered user to create ads. Registration is free.

Q: I created an ad, but it does not show up in search results. Why?
A: You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run ad to the left of the ad you wish to run. The system will ask for your credit card information, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed. Also, ads need approval from our staff which occurs with 24 hours of us receiving your information.

Q: I sold my stuff. How do I stop my ad from running?
A: From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the ad.

Q: What region should I put my ad in?
A: The region you live in. By default the region will be the region you specified on your profile when you registered, but you can change this at any time.

Q: Will my ad be visible in other regions?
A: YES! All ads are visible in any region. The system will, however, always show a person ads in their region first, then ads from outside their region.

Q: I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
A: You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.

Q: If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?
A: When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer!

Q: I don't see my city listed. What region should I choose?
A: Choose the city closest to you or the state you live in.

Q: Is there any way I can work with Muscle Cars & Classics to earn extra money?
A: Yes, we offer an affiliate program. Simply drop some code on your website and whenever anyone places an ad with us through you, you get paid! There is no work for you once the code is placed, the ad placement process is completely automated and you will be able to track your referral dollars.

Q: Will you swap links with me?
A: We will swap links with you but ONLY for non-business related websites. Ideal sites for swapping links are car-clubs, car-shows, your personal non-profit classic car website, etc. To swap a link, simply place a link to our homepage (www.spidersquash.com) and send us an email with a link to where our link appears. Once it is verified, we will include a link for you.
